All sales and service fees paid to ClearPath Pro LLC are non-refundable.
Our team provides time, labor, and materials to perform services that cannot be returned once rendered. Because our work begins immediately upon scheduling or arrival, we are unable to offer refunds once a service has been initiated or completed.
2. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a service fee or forfeit the deposit, depending on the service booked.

If our technician arrives and is unable to complete the service due to the customer’s unavailability or inaccessible location, the visit will still be charged as a call-out fee.
3. Service Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion.
We will review the issue and, if appropriate, schedule a correction or partial credit at our discretion. While refunds are not offered, we are committed to ensuring each customer receives the level of service promised.
4. Exceptions
Refunds or partial credits may be considered only in the event of:
