ClearPath Pro LLC provides fast, reliable roadside assistance throughout Staten Island and NYC. Our goal is to reach you within approximately 1 hour of your booking confirmation. Please ensure your vehicle location and contact phone number are accurate to avoid delays. Arrival Window: Technicians aim to arrive within 60 minutes of dispatch, sometimes as quick as 20 minutes. Times may vary based on traffic, weather, and current call volume. Service Duration: Most services (Tire Change, Jump Start, Lockout, and Fuel Delivery) take 5-15 minutes to complete once our technician arrives. Cancellations & Reschedules: You may cancel or reschedule up to 1 hour before your scheduled time at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched, the full service fee applies. Refund Policy: All services are non-refundable once dispatched, regardless of outcome or customer cancellation after dispatch. Customer Responsibilities: Remain near your vehicle and available by phone during the service window. Ensure the vehicle is safely accessible (e.g., not on private property without permission). Provide accurate details regarding the issue to help our technician prepare.
